A perfect once a year treat

At my bakery, Violet, I make this eggnog every year on Christmas Eve and bring it in for any customers still in London as a festive treat with their mince pies. Loaded with brandy and cream, it’s so decadent I only dare make it once a year but it’s something all of us at the bakery look forward to year round.
